Products and Services
Yardbox USA sells and delivers new and used shipping containers. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to anyone.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted based on container specifications, condition, and delivery location. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in your quote or invoice.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate site access and preparation. Additional charges may apply for difficult delivery locations.
Container Condition
Used containers are sold as-is and may have cosmetic wear consistent with their history. All containers are certified wind and watertight unless otherwise stated. New containers include manufacturer warranty.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and delivery costs, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about your order.
Limitation of Liability
Yardbox USA's liability is limited to the purchase price of the container. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
